Ans Engineering Group Ltd. employs a team of highly qualified specialist engineers and other professionals led by Eng. George O. Okumu in complementary disciplines employing the latest state of art techniques in accomplishing the tasks at hand. The approaches to project execution are holistic thereby ensuring thorough execution of each stage of the project. Human Resources are the most important Asset of any firm and the company employs and retains skilled professionals in the areas of its expertise. Ans Engineering Group Ltd. is organized into main departments specialized in Water and Sanitation, Buildings and Structures, and Transport. These departments are supported by Finance and Administration department. Each of the department is headed by highly qualified and experienced professional who ensures that services are delivered on time and meets or exceeds customer expectation. When required teams may be formed of members across the departments to deliver on components relating to their specialization. At the end of 2023, the firm had a total of 12 employees, majority being professional and sub-professional. In addition to the permanent staff, the firm maintains standing agreements with various external experts to ensure that relevant expertise is made available within the shortest possible period for contracted assignments. The firm's main office is located at Rm 225, Lunga Lunga Square, Lunga Lunga Road Nairobi, Kenya; and has a floor of about 440 square feet and fully equipped.
